Ironman 2

YES!! This movie turned out to be really, really good! I loved the story for this one and it was funny...yes funny!! Robert Downey Jr is amazing. He did a fantastic job.
LOADS of great music and WAR MACHINE!! How cool. All those weapons....Don Cheadle did a pretty good job as "Rhoadie". I still like the other actor better. He is likable. Cheadle is a bit stiff for me.

Mickey Rourke played Whiplash and did a decent job and his story was very good. I enjoyed watching his character really evolve in the movie.
I would have been happy without Black Widow. She was just boring, tired and so serious. She kicked some A**, but that's about it. Scarlet Johannson's performance was forgettable. She really didn't lend anything to the story other then Ooo's and Ahhhh's from the teenage boys behind me.
She did however rock in her skin tight body suit!

I would highly recommend seeing this in the theater. And make sure you stay after the credits for an exciting sneak peek into the world of S.H.I.E.L.D.

I have read rumours that Ironman 3 is in the works.

June Game Informer cover revealed!

And HOLY LOCUST!!!

Ya know, most people think I'm insane when I tell them that I sat and played Gears of War from beginning to end for Mother's day with Sam, but I did. 6 hours. (With breaks in between) but we kicked locust booty all day and it was a blast!! Plus I got flowers and he made me an awesome GOW card that says "Hope you have a face smashing day!" with a picture of a lancer. Which can also be used as a baseball bat.
(The Lancer, not the card!)

ANYway--guess who is gracing this months cover?? GUESS??? OMG!! I have already reserved this game at Gamestop and it isn't due out until NEXT April!! Am I a dork or what??? YES!!!

I cannot wait to get my hands on this mag. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer till it hits my mailbox. Some of you might like playboy, some hustler, maybe cat world does it for you, I think this cover has certainly done it's job get me all bajiggidy!! OK EPIC GAMES!!! BRING IT!!
PLUS!! If you have not heard, you can play as Marcus and Dom in the new LOST WORLD 2 game, out tomorrow!!

Godsmack : Oracle

Well, the boys have done it again!! Their new album is sexy and amazing. With the release of the first single off the new album, "Cryin like a bitch", you really can' t go wrong huh? The video is a trip. With UFC champs KO'ing each other to the beat. CRAZY! And come on, the coolest line in the whole song is "The hand of GOD just smacked you back into yesterday!"
There is nothing in my entire CD library like Sully Erna's voice. I was turned on to GODSMACK in 1998 with the release of their self titled album. I heard the song Keep Away and that was that! I am a die hard fan, my e-mail starts with getsmacked and I have the tribal sun inked on my skin. I look forward to every song, every album and the chance to go to a concert when they come around.
They even inspired me to pick up an electric guitar and start playing. The first song I learned was Keep away. With that wicked guitar rif at the beginning and then the bass comes in. Gives me chills. Sexy sound. They have been around a long time and I hope they can keep going. Rumours of a break up once in a while make me nervous, but they are Rock GODS and I am thinking they will be around for along time to come!
Pick it up at Target or FYE for 10 squealers. NEVER, EVER buy your music at Walmart. They censor thier music. And censorship is a SIN!
GODSMACK will be on The Jimmy Kimmel show on Wednesday the 5.

Sweet dreams

Is actually all I will have after this enormously boring movie. UGH!! I wasn't planning on hitting the theater today, but decided to go. I didn't even know what I would see. Nightmare on Elm Street was the earliest showing.

I thought for sure with it being number one at the box office this past weekend that there would be quite a few people in there, there was 5 including myself and it was certainly a sleeper. (And I don't mean it was surprisingly great!) I mean I had to keep from falling asleep.

It is really nothing like the original with Robert Englund that added a large teaspoon of cheesy humour. This one was just creepy. Creeeeepy, creepy. It wasn't really all that scary and not enough blood and gore. I was disapointed......I KNOW!!

I wouldn't waste your squealers on this one folks. It will be just as bad on DVD. I suggest if you want to be scared, you go and see Love Song instead!

Also, if you have not seen the original, please rent it. It's worth the $5.
